ZKTeco will showcase its biometrics-based security technology at next month’s Seatrade Cruise Global conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

According to an announcement, the company will be displaying the ProBio-ID and inPulse+ door access controllers and the ZM100 fingerprint door lock.

ProBio-ID is a stand-alone door access control device which can read fingerprints, faces, RFID prox cards and PIN codes. InPulse+ reads the vein pattern under the skin of your finger and also has an integrated fingerprint reader, card reader and PIN code reader.

ZKTeco will also display conventional security products including metal detectors.

Oracle research from last year revealed that biometrics will play key role in the hospitality industry.
