Egis Technology this week revealed a key design win for its ET320 fingerprint touch sensor with Motorola Mobility.
Announced at the 2017 Mobile World Congress in Shanghai, the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus incorporating Egis’ ET320 will soon be available for purchase.
At the show, Egis also showcased its fingerprint sensors integrated with automotives and smart home appliances, which, according to the company, has significantly minimized FAR/FRR to increase efficiency.
In February, Egis Technology entered a co-promotion agreement with IriTech which is expected to create more opportunities for the two companies in the consumer technology space while focusing on the mobile industry.
